These Rules and Regulations apply to all Voters of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN CONTEST (hereafter referred to as the "MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN") which was launched in March 2010 and will end April 2010, or such date as determined by the organizers (hereafter referred to as the "Contest Period").By participating in MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN and/or by submitting an entry or vote, all Voters agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions stated below shall apply to all stages of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN CONTEST.

About MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN 

MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN  is an interactive online contest seeking to award a Title named “MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CyberQueen 2010” to any one of the finalists in 2010 with maximum votes.TheGlobalStyle.com is the exclusive online partner of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN . Karigar (Australia) is the Organizer of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN TITLE.

A. Who can participate?

All online users can participate in MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN CONTEST as Voters.



Voters

Voters can come from any country with no age restriction. They must fill up the Register to VOTE Form in order to be eligible to vote.

Upon registration, each Voter can only cast 1 online vote to each contestant per valid email.

Voting results once announced are final. The decision of Organizer is final and binding and no correspondences, disputes or appeal shall be entertained.

All registered Voters  agree that they give permission to receive information related to MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CONTEST and EVENT including exclusive partner promotions via email.



B. Notification

(1)   The finalist who is the winner will be notified via email and results posted in MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA website at the discretion of Organizer.

(2) Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss in the delivery/collection of the prizes to the Winner.

C. General Conditions

Accurate information. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information submitted by voters of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN . Any false, inaccurate, obscene or misleading information shall deem the voters to be disqualified from further participation for voting for the MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN . 



Rules and Regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these Rules and Regulations at any time without notice and in such event, the Organizer shall not bear any liability whatsoever. Persons who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at the Organizer’s absolute discretion.

In the event of any dispute concerning the operation of any element of MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN TITLE or the Rules and Regulations, the decision of the Organizer is final

Limitation of liability. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any problems including computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, resulting in time lapses and inconvenience to the Voters experience in MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN . This is not limited to any loss or damage to users or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in MISS INDIA AUSTRALIA CYBERQUEEN .



Governing Law This Rules and Regulations will be governed and construed according to the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Sydney, New South Wales Courts in accordance with the New South Wales Courts.The language of the arbitration shall be English.
